Job description
As part of your duties, you will be required to:

2. Territorial and Partnership Development
Provide regular and proactive support to regional stakeholders (DAT/DIR, Regional Directors, Project Managers) in project development and proposal preparation.
Maintain an overview of BRGM's potential operating frameworks with regional managing authorities and decentralized state services (e.g., DRARI).
3. Activity Monitoring, Steering and Capitalisation

Contribute to the consolidation of the DOs' bid pipeline and order books.
4. CPER and State–Region Contractual Frameworks
In collaboration with Regional Directors, build centralized monitoring of regional smart specialisation strategies, State–Region Plan Contracts (CPER) and CPIER.
Assess remaining project opportunities and anticipate future calls for proposals (2027/2028) for which BRGM may be eligible.
